A rough rule: one round table per 8 guests, one 8ft banquet per 8–10 guests if you're seating buffet-style, and one cocktail highboy per 4–6 guests if it's a standing reception. Tell us your guest count and event style when you request a quote and we'll size the order for you.
Linens are a separate add-on, available on request. We carry standard event colors and can source specialty colors with a little lead time. Pricing varies by table size and linen type — included in your custom quote.
Yes — most events do. A typical wedding mixes round tables for guest seating with one or two banquet tables for the head table, gifts, or dessert. Cocktail tables for the reception hour. There's no upcharge for mixing — the day rate is the same across all four styles.
Set up. Every rental is full-service — our team delivers the tables, places them where you want them, and breaks them down when the event ends. You don't unfold a single leg.
The 8ft banquet tables hold up to 600 pounds — well above what a buffet line, gift display, or head-table dinner setup will ever put on them. The 6ft folding and rounds are rated for typical event use; ask if you have something unusual planned (silent auction with heavy items, serving station with hot wells, etc.) and we'll confirm the right table for the load.
