This Privacy Policy explains how Party Expo LLC (“Party Expo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses information through our website and in the course of providing event and party rentals in New Jersey.

Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, event date and address, services requested, guest count, and any details you include when you request a quote, book a rental, or subscribe to our list.

Information collected automatically: basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics (see Section 6).

We use your information to respond to quote requests, prepare quotes, coordinate deliveries and setups, process payments, provide customer support, send service messages about your booking, send promotions if you opted in, and improve our website and services.

By providing your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your quote, booking, and delivery. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to stop calling by contacting us directly. We do not sell your phone number or use it for unrelated marketing.

We send marketing email only to people who opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send transactional messages related to a booking you have placed.

When enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. These tools may set cookies. We do not use the site for cross-site advertising or to sell your activity. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — such as email delivery and payment processing — under agreements that require them to protect it, and when required by law.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our systems; that information is processed and secured by the payment provider.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is intended for adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing, by emailing bookings@partyexponj.com. New Jersey residents may have additional rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act; we honor applicable rights requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Our site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
