Our standard chair is a brand-new padded folding seat built for events — comfortable enough for a three-hour dinner, clean enough for wedding photos, sturdy enough for guests who lean back hard. When you want the next step up, we rent Chiavari chairs with cushions included. Two tiers, both delivered, set up, and stacked back into our truck at the end of the night. Good to Know
Most "folding chair" listings in NJ are decade-old metal-frame chairs with worn fabric or no padding at all. Ours are brand-new padded event chairs — built for wedding-grade use, rated to 300 lb, and replaced on a real maintenance cycle. If you've been to a NJ event in the last few years and the chair felt like a real seat instead of a punishment, it was probably this style.
Cushions are included with every Chiavari chair, no separate charge. Standard event-white cushion or coordinating tones depending on the order. If you have a specific color request for a styled wedding, mention it in your quote and we'll match it.
Order to your guest count for seated dinners. Add 10–15% buffer if you're doing a ceremony-then-reception flip where chairs move between rooms, or if your event has standing-room guests who'll want to sit eventually. We can adjust your order up to a few days before the event if your headcount shifts — just let us know.
Common request, especially for weddings — Chiavari for the ceremony seating where guests will be photographed, padded folding for the reception or cocktail hour where they won't. We'll quote the mix and deliver everything in one drop.
No hard minimum, but most events come in around 30 chairs and up. If you're planning something smaller — an intimate dinner, a backyard shower for 12 — request a quote and we'll work it out. Our pricing scales with the order, and the per-chair rate is the same whether you book 25 or 250.
