About This Package

Graduation parties in NJ happen in a six-week window — late May through the end of June — and the calendar belongs to whoever booked first. Every family on the block is throwing one. Every caterer is double-booked. Every tent rental in the county is fielding the same call you're making. The Graduation Package exists for exactly this pressure: tent, tables, chairs, and the standard graduation add-ons rolled into one booking, delivered to your yard, set up by our crew, broken down the day after. Built for backyard high-school and college graduation parties across Westfield, Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Summit, Clark, Chatham, and the rest of NJ — the suburb where a Saturday in early June probably has three of these happening within a mile of your driveway.

What's in the Package

The core package gives you the tent sized to your guest count, the matching tables, the matching chairs, and full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown. From there you layer the pieces a graduation party actually uses — concessions, the outdoor movie setup for the after-dinner stretch, and catering coordination through our Catering Services. The point is one phone call instead of five, with one team on the ground on the day of.

Pricing

Starting Price

Graduation Package

Pricing scales with your guest count, the tent tier, and the add-ons you select. Most graduation bookings land in the 25-to-75-guest range and use the Tent Package as the foundation — Tier A for close-family parties, Tier B for the standard combined-family event, Tier C for the larger class-of-friends gathering. Send your guest count and date with your quote request; we send pricing back the same day in peak season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Four to six weeks ahead is the right window, and earlier is better — the first weekend of June and the Saturdays around graduation ceremonies are the tightest dates of the year. If you're reading this in April for a June party, book this week. If you're reading this in mid-May for the same date, call us first; we'll tell you honestly whether the date is still workable and which tier still has inventory. Last-minute graduation bookings (under two weeks) are possible but the tier and add-on options narrow fast.

Yes, and that's the normal situation for a graduation party. We book against your best estimate and lock the tier (A, B, or C) that fits the range you expect. If your final count lands within the same tier, no change is needed. If it crosses a tier line, we upgrade the tent and chair count up to two weeks before the event without renegotiating the whole booking. Tell us your estimate and your worst-case high end at quote, and we'll size the booking to absorb the swing.

We coordinate the catering through our Catering Services — meaning we match your event to a restaurant kitchen from our NJ catering network and run the coordination between the kitchen, your timeline, and the rental setup. The food itself is billed by the restaurant; the coordination is part of the package. If you already have a caterer locked in, we work alongside them — give us their contact and we sync delivery and serving timing with the rental side.

Yes. The package scales to school graduation celebrations, church-youth-group graduation dinners, and small-college department graduation events. The setup is the same — tent, tables, chairs, plus the add-ons — but we issue the COI to the school, parish, or institution rather than to a private host, and we coordinate the delivery window with the facilities contact. Tell us at quote stage that the event is institutional and we shape the booking around your requirements.

The tent is the point — the package is built rain-or-shine. Frame tents handle standard NJ June weather (rain, modest wind, summer heat) and our crew stages the setup to keep the buffet line, the seating, and the speeches under cover. If a serious storm is forecast in the 48 hours before the event, we add sidewalls at no charge to the original quote and confirm the layout with you. For severe-weather scenarios — sustained high winds or storm warnings — we'll talk through a reschedule or a covered alternative; the call is made together, not by us alone.
